Right of withdrawal

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the sale of Products to Customers acting in the course of their entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity, or their intermediaries, so that Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) does not apply to this Contract. Consequently, the Buyer has no right of withdrawal.
