PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected with the web services of this site takes place at the Controller's operating offices and is handled only by technical staff in charge of the processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who request informational material (such as contact forms, newsletters, etc.) are used solely to carry out the service or performance requested.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computing environment. These data are used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is working correctly. The data could be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, only at the request of the competent supervisory authorities. Data provided voluntarily by the user: the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to reply to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA

Apart from what is specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide the personal data shown in the request forms or otherwise indicated in contacts to request informational material or other communications. Failure to provide them may make it impossible to obtain what was requested.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

RETENTION PERIOD

Data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User, or required by the purposes described in this document, and the User may always request that the Processing be stopped or that the Data be deleted.

LEGAL DEFENCE

The User's Personal Data may be used by the Controller in legal proceedings, or in the preparatory stages leading to them, for defence against abuse in the use of the site or the related services by the User. The User declares to be aware that the Controller may be required to disclose the Data at the request of public authorities.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The persons to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of whether or not such data exist, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request their supplementation, updating or rectification. The user has the right to request the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, and to object in any case, on legitimate grounds, to their processing. Anyone who has doubts about compliance with the privacy policy adopted, its application, the accuracy of their personal data or the use of the information collected may request information from the Controller by contacting them at the details given at the beginning.

To export your personal data (takeout) or to request their deletion, you can send a request to the Controller's address from the email account with which you registered on the website.

Your personal data will be exported within 30 days or, if the export is particularly complex, within three months.

Users registered on the website can modify their data in the dedicated section of the website, Edit your details in the user menu, once logged in.

BROWSING DATA

For reasons related to operation and maintenance, this Application and any third-party services it uses may collect System Logs, i.e. files that record interactions and that may also contain Personal Data, such as the User's IP address.
